    Hi, I'm using avi recomp to stick my subs made with aegisub but when I completed the process, this happens:

    Does someone know why this happens? Or perhaps, you guys have another way to stick subtitles on a video?

    Yes, thanks for the answer.

    I managed to figure out what happened: youtube has an horrible encode, so I had to download the video in mpg2 for example and then converted to avi, and that did it.
