I see. Download the .lua file and try put in

You must put the file in the folder:
    - Windows (all users): %ProgramFiles%\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\extensions\
    - Windows (current user): %APPDATA%\VLC\lua\extensions\
    - Linux (all users): /usr/share/vlc/lua/extensions/
    - Linux (current user): ~/.local/share/vlc/lua/extensions/
    - Mac OS X (all users): /Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/share/lua/extensions/

    What says "cannot be found"?

Try right click on http://addons.videolan.org/CONTENT/content-files/143241-Media-Context.lua and choose save as or similar.

You must manually copy it to

    C:\Program Files(x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\extensions\
