I'm trying to convert 44KHz to 48KHz in MPEG 2 Audio so i can get a SVCD to DVD. I followed the guide on this site but when i convert 44KHz to 48KHz on TMPEGEnc, the 48KHz audio file is just blank and contains no sound whatsoever.
How do i fix this? what other software can i use?
Thanks

If you're having trouble, just demux the MPEG and then take the MP2 audio file and run it though WinAmp with the diskwriter output.
