Hi
Have used Potplayer on my Acer Revo for a couple of years for HD MKV playback without issue.
However I am now getting occasional picture tearing, mostly in fast moving scenes or when the camera pans.
Tried reinstalling Potplayer with latest version and the issue persists.
CPU usage fine at ~ 30% and DXVA enabled. I use a wireless dongle on the Revo as my set up is controlled via iPhone.
Any ideas what's up?

Did you try the "Fix Broken V-Sync..." Option? Other video renderers?
Tearing occurs when the frame buffer is switched while the graphics card is in the middle of displaying a frame (the top part of the picture you see is one frame, the bottom another). Synchronizing the frame buffer switch to the vertical sync prevents this. -
Hi Jag
Thanks for replying, I will give that a try!
Cheers again
