I see there are 32 bit and 64 bit versions of NeatVideo. Since Virtualdub will work under either Windows XP 32 bit or Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, is a 64 bit version of NeatVideo necessary for VirtualDub?

If you use 64 bit VirtualDub you will need 64 bit NeatVideo (and every other filter). If you use 32 bit VirtualDub you will need 32 bit NeatVideo (and every other filter). If you intend to use other filters you should stick with 32 bit since many other filters aren't available in 64 bit versions. The only real advantage of using 64 bit VirtualDub is the ability to address more memory. And that's rarely an issue with VirtualDub.
