Adding Subtitle: The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2

Hello, i have this BD "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2"
I've added subtitle for so many movies already without a problem but this one is confusing me, many Lionsgate BD's did.
After adding the subtitle and moving everything into place the movie become so messed up, for example after playing 10 min of it you will see a 2 min of the credits then a 10 min from the movie end, random parts are playing.
it feels like a protection or something also my subtitle track is not appearing at all.

Anyone experienced such messy BD?
