multiAVCHD - Advanced Menu questions

Hi, I've been authoring a project onto Blu-Ray using multiAVCHD, and it actually went quite well, overall. There are a few niggling issues though, that I would like to get sorted. In order of priority:

1) Is it possible to make and display more than 12 chapters yet?

2) With chapter thumbnails, how can I get them loop at the end of their sequence, instead of pause? Also the audio background for the chapter thumbnails too.

3) Is there a way to edit the pop-up menu? I would like the default option to be "Chapters", not "Next Title".

4) Is there a way to make the pop-up menu work on PS3?
