I have some footage I shot at a basketball game, in an indoor gym. It was pretty bright in there and I experimented with a few settings on my sony HVR Z1U. I had rolled my shutter speed up to about 125 and should have left it around the magic 60.
Footage looks good on LCD display on cam. Its shot in HD 1080 60i. I uploaded to computer M2T files. imported into premiere pro cs6. Edited and did some color correction here and there then exported to HDTV 1080i 29.97 Mpeg2. The mpg looks great when played back on computer (22" flat panel). I used Iskysoft to go from the mpg to vob files and burned to dvd.
When played on TV it looks soft, very bright, places look to be a little zebra peaking (AC vents on wall, painted lines on floor etc).........is there a way to burn the way it looks on computer? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Brent

Burning won't correct the problem. You've exceeded color and contrast levels for tv video. Beyond that, can't offer much without a short sample of the source. You'll find some help about broadcast levels in your Adobe guides.
