    Could someone please tell me how to do this, I looked at the svcd to dvd tutorial on here, but it doesnt mention anything about when the svcd is on multiple cd's

    i do not believe this is possible.

    It must be re-encoded to DVD Specs.

    it's possible, you have to extract the svcds down to mpeg2 status. merge the mpegs together ( you might have to demultiplex and remultiplex if audio syhc gets to be a problem ), convert the audio to 48 khz and then get it to the dvd-r discs ( look for the guides ) but iy can be done.
