Hi All,
I want to use a transcoding effect which can be seen on film leader countdowns. Is this possible with some help from AVS Script or Virtualdub plugins ( i've used many virtualdub pluggins , but i havent heard a proper one for this purpose) ?
Old , long and not easy way: i can create a background picture and later i can create some semi-transperant "pie chart" or "radar beam scan" looking 25 photos and make it like a "image sequential" video.
Thanks.

Describe what you want more clearly. Do you want it exactly like a film leader countdown?
Something like this?

Most NLE's will have a film leader countdown if you want a "clean" one -
Yes same as this one and also other effects that i can use while i join other video segments. You are right most NLE's have but i do not want to pay or used a cracked commercial software.
I am looking for a freeware alternative. Otherwise i will something in old fashion way which will take some time. -
It shouldn't take much time at all to google up an example, then replicate the elements and run it as a PNG still sequence.
Any old raster graphics editor will do it.
