I'm looking for USB Hybrid TV Tuner that has high quality playback and recording output for my laptop. After searching some available USB TV Tuner brands in my country, I found these two that I think are the best USB Hybrid TV Tuner based on their descriptions:
1. Winfast Hybrid External - DTV Dongle H
2. AverMedia AverTV Hybrid Volar HD USB
I want to know between those two, which one is the best? And maybe some reviews if anyone ever used them.
