I want to upload a Faux-HD video. I.e. going to take a 4:3 DV video and put it in a letterboxed 16:9 setting and make it say 1280x720 so it will show up as HD on YouTube.
What codec can I convert it to that will guarantee that the audio stays in sync after YouTube encoding?
