Encoding Hulu Plus 720p HD Look Even Better using MeGUI

Guys Hulu plus videos are awesome
but they have lot's of encoding errors

see this an error in the video low sharpness
and some times videos have lag probs
this is my friends encoding



He used MeGUI
I'm a noob in that case
So please help me to improve in MeGUI
