I'm trying to encode with CCE from a vob, trough Avisynth.
In AviSynth I've a resize filter, a sub filter and Telecide.
I've got a Athlon 1200.
The question is this, is normal to have only a 15~40% of CPU utilization?
It takes ages, but it doesn't use all my CPU. Why?
I've got 128 Mb DDR Ram and Win2000, and all other CPU time is idle.
Do you know something I can do?
Thanks,

Memory is your bottle neck. If you go to the cinemacraft site, you'll see
that they recommend 256mb.

How fast does it encode? I only get about .5 on a good day.I mean it in the nicest way.
