Im still fairly new to the scene. I just downloaded Black Hawk Down (good quality btw) and it's 20 fps....if im burning a vcd what do i need to do to ensure this plays properly. Btw most of the movies i have are 23.97 should i be coverting these to 29 as well? thanks in advance.
