    Hiya all,

    I want to convert wav file to mp2 with changing frame rate so my request just a freeware program that helps
    FYI, FPS I want is not like usual i mean not like Pal or NTSC so I prefer a tool that can deal with any frame rate

    Audio doesn't have a framerate, just a duration. Audacity can make a wav file longer or shorter without cutting it ot changing the pitch.
