Capture a podcast from AMC

I'm trying to work out how to capture the Breaking Bad podcast, for episode 501 found at

http://www.amctv.com/shows/breaking-bad/insider-podcast-season-5

Last year I could use Stream Transport but I can't get it to work now.

It should be just MP3 in Flash, I want it as a native FLV.
I know I can just set it playing and record it, but would prefer to get it in the original format.


And I know it's on iTunes, but I can't use that.

PS -- Am using IDM now and it seems to be working, can't be sure till it's finished, which will take an hour (it streams in real time).

RTMPDump will download that podcast (quickly).
Maybe RTMPExplorer would do the job too with Windows.

Thanks. the hard part is finding the rtmp URL.
How did you do that?
IDM found it, when a few other tools failed.
I can't run RTMPExplorer as I don't have .NET 4.

I used rtmpsrv with Linux.
