I just got my notice from ebay that I've been on their for 12 years!
I must have been on dial up back then. My first broadband was dsl but that was about 7 or 8 years ago I think before I switched to cable.
What have you belonged to for a long time on the internet?
For me on this site I've been a member since 2004.
I wish I knew when my yahoo membership started. I had a JUNO email address when I used them for dial up for awhile.
What about you? What can you remember as your first or early internet membership/association that you still have and use?
(fyi I have only about a 100 user feedback on ebay - both as a seller and a buyer, that is a 100 total for the both selling and buying together). I do about 3 or 4 items a year on average - well obviously more for being a 12 year member but sometimes it spikes in usage and sometimes I wouldn't buy or sell anything)

I just lost my very first account about 2 months ago. The phone it was registered to was no longer valid and their automated recovery system sucks ass. They said i didn't supply the right info
Next in line would most likely be this site -

I joined Ebay on 1999, I used to work with a company that sold leather pants. They manufactured them in Ecuador and sold them here through Ebay. My job was shipping everything and handling returns.
Last year I received an email (I don't remember if it was from Yahoo or Hotmail, I think it was from Yahoo) thanking me for being a member for 15 years!. I remember opening that mail and saying "Damn... it's been that long?". I opened both accounts at the same time, so one of those companies is really grateful and the other one are just bastards for forgetting it!!!.... lol
And our very own vcdhelp.com, as we (old members) remember it.1f U c4n r34d 7h1s, U r34lly n33d 2 g3t l41d!!! -

I have been a Hotmail user since 1999, I have had several ISP's accounts over the years but I still use Hotmail as my main email provider. My second longest anniversary is here on VH.com, it's been 10 years as of March.
