    When i am converting a file (original is Divx in pal format) and I want to burn a VCD in NTSC, which template do I use with TMPGEnc? Thanks...

    it seems to me that if you use NTSC film that you will be dropping frames so might be best to use the NTSC template. But, this is something i am wondering too - hopefull someone with more knowledge will enlighten us.
