Hello, i've been searching for a while but i'm not able to find something about this error i get

    ...first pass...

    x264.exe: --pass 1 --bitrate 199 --preset medium --level 3.0 --aq-strength 0.6 --deblock 1:0 --direct auto --b-adapt 2 --b-pyramid none --trellis 2 --no-fast-pskip --psy-rd 0.40:0.00 --qcomp 0.80 --partitions p8x8,b8x8,i4x4 --no-8x8dct --subme 10 --me umh --slow-firstpass --rc-lookahead 60 --sar 1:1 --stats "D:\Temp\0004.log" --output NUL "D:\Temp\0004.avs"

avs [error]: DirectShowSource: couldn't create filter graph:
    CoInitialize has not been called.
    (D:\Temp\0004.avs, line 5)
x264 [error]: could not open input file `D:\Temp\0004.avs'
Please note that this is not the full error log, but its the part that indicates the error, the audio converting doesn't have anyproblems, so far i get the error converting from any video format, i also tried reinstalling K-lite codecs pack (don't know if this one is really necessary) and reinstalling the application from zero, also it will be good if someone can recommend me another converter with the same level (or at least for begginners, medium users) of options, im tyring to convert videos for psp, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure specifically what the error report is indicating. However if all you want to do is convert videos for your PSP, you could always use this program:

    http://www.pspvideo9.com/

Its completely free for both PCs and Mac. Its not hard to navigate either... anyone including beginners can use this program

Note: This program is an Ad based program (in other words its free bc the program has ads for various things in it) --> simply follow the on screen instructions though, and you'll be good to go!

P.S. (No you don't have to click on any of the ads in the program. This is NOT one of those click on 3 things and suscribe to them in order to use our program kind of deals) --> Its just plain free, but has like internet ads on the sides of it

This is what I use. Hope it helps
