I have a bunch of mpeg-2 files that I want to burn to blu-ray without ANY quality loss. Does anyone know if TMPGEnc re-encodes the video (resulting in a drop in quality)?
If so, what relatively simple programs (free or for purchase) would allow me to burn to blu-ray without any drop in quality?
