On playback, I cannot get the jump keys ie left and right together with ctrl and shift to make the video jump forward or back.
Any ideas about what I am doing wrong please.
The other playback control keys such as z,x and c all work ok.

Some ideas:
Ensure default keys are enabled - you can usually tell though as [F5] won't work, in which case:
- Right click in main window, Options, Ignore default shortcut keys (untick*)
Clear any custom keyboard shortcuts: [F5], General, Shortcuts.
Check default Time jump settings: [F5], Playback, Time Jump. (should be 5, 30, 60, 300 sec).
If all this fails, uninstall PotPlayer, clear the Daum registry keys (HKCU\Software\Daum\) with regedit.
Reinstall a different stable release of PotPlayer (although they are all technically Beta).
Try storing the settings to a ini file instead: [F5], General, Store settings to .ini file.
If using the ini file you can clear the Daum registry keys, use Export to save them first (just in case).
Keep a backup of the ini file in case of corruption.
