I have a dual boot of both XP and Vista on both my laptop and my desktop. I know you are allowed 3 keys with a purchase, so will having a dual boot pc infact cause me to have need of 4 keys to put this program on both my computers? Just curious before I buy.

You are allowed to register on 3 different PCs. A different PC is denoted by different hardware and/or different operating system. So yes you are right. Having said that drop me an email and i will up yours to 4.
