After creating a DVD from the Corel Videostudio 12, it only has sound when played in a DVD player. What can I change in the settings to get sound playback for computers?

Install the free VLC player. It contains its own codecs so if your DVD plays fine with it, the issue is a codec issue in whatever you are using to play it back. If you still get no sound in VLC then...
    1) Do you have any sound at all? For example, if you go to YouTube and play a video can you hear it?
    2) What audio format did you use for the DVD you made?

Yes, I have sound everywhere else and can view and hear the finished edited project. It was MOV. file with AVI, MP3 and MP4 sound laid in underneath it. Down loading the file you mentioned doesn't help me with other who want to view this using their computers. I'm trying to make this DVD compatible with other computer devices. Is there no setting that one can "tweak" that accomplishes that?

Some Windows Media Player versions does not support dvds by default so they must install something anyway.
