I just downloaded Handbrake tonight and started to use it a little just to test it. My source is a decrypted blu ray folder. I'm ripping 720P M4V at 3200kbps bitrate and I tried to do the audio at 256, but it turned out around 870 or something and it was way out of sync. Like about 2 seconds or more. The video is flawless though. I did only rip one chapter for testing. How do I solve this problem?

    Thanks

Usually when the audio goes out of sync after encoding is due to either the encoding process was set up wrong or there's a problem with the video file.

Check to see if the fps set in handbrake is the same as the video file, also run the file thru tsmuxer and save as a new m2ts and see if it's still in sync.

I recently had the same problem with a DVD rip.
The audio was 100ms out of sync, The only way I could get around the problem with the M4V was to convert it to MKV using ( Mkvmerge GUI ) which has both audio Delay & Stretch.
