    How do I Sync the Video and Audio of Downloaded Files I play on my PC using ZOOM Player,VLC Player or Windows Media Player? I have tried Replay Media Catcher 4 and GetFLV which are doing nothing but freezing up! The videos are playing way ahead of the audio which is very annoying. Can someone here please help?

    You can adjust an audio delay with avidemux, open video, under audio shift set it to a value in ms. Save as same format as your source video.

    This will not work for all kinds of video sources. You must give MUCH more details about your source video if you want more detailed help and also if the audio gets worse and worse out of sync.
