    Problem with burning "Faces in the crowd". I ripped the movie using DVDFAB and use Nero recode for burning but for some reason Nero is crashing. Anybody know how to get around this?

    Nero Recode for burning?
    Are you trying to shrink the movie from a dual layer down to a single layer?

    I just discovered something else the file will not play on the WDTV HD Media Player what happens here it causes the WDTV to power down and resets. With Nero as soon as I select the folder to analyze Nero crashes.

    The DVD you are trying to copy was released this week?
    You will(may) need to wait until a new decryption method is designed for this DVD. Just because software spits something out doesn't mean it was done correctly....especially when it comes to new releases.

    The DVD is ripped onto my hard drive and I have no problem playing the movie. I just can't burn it nor will it play on the WDTV HD Media Player. I'm running it through DVD Decrypter right now and see if that will remove any new encrypted cells.

    ha, DVD Shrink 3.2 has no problem importing the file. I removed the individual chunks and made it into one VOB stream and it now plays on the WDTV HD Medial Player.

    I used DVD shrink 3.2 to analyze the file that I originally ripped in FAB 8. DVD shrink used Nero to burn the movie and it now I have it burned.
