Hi,
I want to take the video and audio from my avi files and put them in an MKV container without loss in quality.
I am looking for something similar to Yamb but for MKV. My only problem with Yamb was that it had to and mp4 container which doesn't support AC3 audio unfortunately.
Are there better containers than MKV? I am only converting from avi because I want to tag my video files and sort them out which avi doesn't allow.
Thanks

You can use mkvmergegui that is included in mkvtoolnix.
I don't know what's best for tagging though.
