I recently purchased a Cello 42" 3D LCD tv as the price was very good at £399 and the TV had USB with MKV support. I have added five 3D mkv films onto my usb HDD and with a little work using MKVmerge to convert the audio from DTS to AC3 i got four of them working.
I have one film which is giving me file not supported which is very fustrating as i can't see why. I was kinda hoping by posting an advanced export from "media info" of a film that works ( Priest ) and the film that doest work ( Avatar ) that some one can help ???
Please see attached files and dropbox links if you are unable to view attachments
Many thanks in advance Sjpriest79

Those don't really look any different, except the 1st has a menu and the 2nd doesn't.
Well,...the 2nd has a higher peak bitrate. Maybe your TV has a maximum that the 2nd clip occasionally reaches beyond.
Try re-encoding the 2nd clip to lower values...
