Trying to backup but the audio plays back with choppy sound. Tried TSmuxer and BDRB. Ripped with AnyDVD.
    DVDfab reports it has cinavia.

Try ripping with dvdfab, shouldn't sound choppy while playing on a pc since no software player has cinavia so far.How does it sound before encoding/muxing?

I take it all back. Turns out the problem was caused by another program I had open. I was watching the NY Mets on MLB live and once I shut that down the audio was normal.

That makes sense. Cinavia stops play altogether after some time period (reports usually say about 10 minutes, but it can vary). We've had no reports of it allowing play but messing up the audio.
