Would there be any noticeable difference?
I want to convert some movies to play in my brand new Nokia 701 (360p,~1Mbps video, 128Kbps Audio). I already have those movies backed up in my computer (720p, ~4Mbps video, 640 Kbps Audio).
I could load Blu-Rays and covert them again but it would be too time consuming. At the same time, I don't want to compromise much on the final quality.

I doubt that you will see any difference. But it's always best to convert from the best source.
