    I uploaded a soccer game of my son to youtube. Due to limitations I divided original 55 minutes video into 4 parts. 3 of them are fine, the 4th one plays much faster and is showing 1:28 minutes length instead of 13:45 min. All 4 parts were done with the same software TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring and converted to .mkv using AutoMKV and divided into parts with mkvmerge GUI. I tried to re-upload part 4 at lest 10 times with no success. Any help will be appreciated.

    the proper sequence would be to divide the video during the editing and then encode the parts individually to the final format. no need to use divx or make into mkv. just render to x264 mp4s to upload to you tube.
