I'm sure this has been covered a thousand times and I have looked but not finding an answer.

My father inlaw is way old school and a DVD player is advanced technology for him. I have an Xvid AVI movie that I'd like to burn for him but conversion software that I've tried always results in the audio being out of synch.

Is there a program that does this reliably?

    Specifically the file is:
    DVDRip.XviD.AC3-ART3MiS.avi

    Any help is appreciated

DVD Flick, a free program, works fairly well
ConvertX2 DVD 4, been using that for years, good program
Some of these programs have settings for the audio portion, I usually check "do not fix audio discontinuities"
