Hi guys,
I am a newbie on this subject and trying to learn a bit.
I purchased the softwares Pavtube Blu-Ray/DVD Ripper and Video Converter and am trying to understand a few things. The ripping to HDD is allright, image is OK, etc. With a quad-core i7, it is pretty fast. Now, my "problem":
Converting those ripped DVDs and Blurays to MKV, MP4 or AVI (Xvid) is straight forward and the programs does it easily however, after conversion and playing the video on my media-player to a HD TV, the video jitters when the camera pans vertically or horizontally I mean, the movement is not smooth. I compared with videos converted to the same formats using the same settings and they are pretty good.
I kept the same values as the original read by the software and later experimented changing the settings, size, frame rate, etc, but the result is the same. I even converted a video using the same settings someone used for their conversion and could not get rid of the jittering. His/her conversion had the movement smooth and nice and mine had jittering all the way.
Am I using the wrong software? What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me with this?
Cheers!![]()
