Hi, I hope everyone is having agood day. I was wondering if someone could help me with recompresing a 264MB .flv video file to a much lower size for use as a tutotial on my web site. I would like to make the file size smaller but i want to keep as much of the video quality as possble since it will be a instruction video. I would also like to keep the same .FLV format. Can anyone Help?

Use freemake video converter, choose "to flv", change to h264 encoding and lower the bitrate for smaller file size. Convert.
