Help me about hardsub please!

I'm want to translation This movie (one piece)
from english to my language (vietnamese).
But i can't do it because i can separation English (hardsub)
i can't separation with GUI
who can tell me which way easy to separation it
(if i need software to separation it give me link download please)

I'm guessing, but that video appears to have burned in subs (Part of the video) If that's all you have to work with and you can't find Vietnamese .srt subs on the internet or a copy of the file without burned in subs, you would have to create your own from the English or other language subs translated to Vietnamese.

Not an easy job. If you have only the video with the burned in subs, you could create a black area where the English subs are and put your translated Vietnamese subs over that. Also not so easy.

You may need to study quite a bit more to do all this.

Others here may be able to give you better advice.
