How do I extract hardsub subtitles from a .ts file ???

Is there any peculiar soft or a special method ???

I have tried TSMuxer but it doesn't work , and I know very well to use it....

These subtitles could be viewed with VLC in such format :



... so is setted by default ,with "disable"checked..If I wanna see subtitles I must uncheck disable and check "Closed captions 1"...the other options ( Closed captions 2 ,Closed captiions 3 ,etc ) are unavailable
