You downloaded this, right? And maybe it's corrupt or incomplete?

Anyway, you didn't tell us which player(s) you're tried. If it can be played at all, I'd try MediaPlayerClassic-Home Cinema first, followed by the VLC Player.

yes its a downloaded complete file.
 I tried:

 MediaPlayerClassic-Home Cinema
 VLCGOM
 KM Player
 Windows Media Player

It's just an ordinary XviD AVI. If there wasn't anything wrong with it, it would play. 9.66GB? Cut a small sample for upload somewhere.
-
If it doesn't work in VLC it is either a corrupt or particular file. Codec Toolbox RS (A tool to read/change merit of codecs and many other things)

	Have a good one,

most likely corrupt i guess; and no its not an illegal movie its a freeware japanese video.
-
Try VirtualDub. Not that it will manage to open/play that very-weird Xvid-AVI,
but the error message (if any) might be helpful Last edited by El Heggunte; 4th May 2011 at 16:00.
