Mp4 format problem, the vid have a bad quality after i rendered it.

my video have a bad quality after i rendered it to mp4 format using sony vegas ? can anyone help me.... ?? ?

if i'm rendered it to wmv it'll have a good quality but when i uploaded in youtube the sound/audio will have a problem .... so i'm not going to using wmv format, maybe wmv is not good for youtube....

i keeps on rendered it and change the setting but the problem is still the same and even worst .... how i want to fix this mp4 format , i like it because the size is not as bis as wmv after i rendered it..... only the quality is the problem....

mp4 is a container. What video codec did you use? Use h.264 and the highest bitrate you can afford for best results.

Use the Sony AVC .mp4 encoder.
