    I have downloaded the appropriate codecs (reallib) but I'm unable to encode realvideo with ffmpegX on MacOS SnowLeopard.
    Please help.

    There are two versions of reallib, one for PowerPC and one for Intel. The one linked on the webpage is for PowerPC.
    To get the Intel version, you may need to "jump some hoops", as described in an earlier post.
