I am using tsmuxer to extract the DTS-HD track from an .m2ts file (Inception Blu-ray). When I do this and do not check the "Downconvert DTS-HD to DTS" checkbox, my resulting file is 6hr2m8s in length, which doesn't match the movie length. If I DO check the box, the resulting .dts file is correct, 2h28m08s. Is there a reason for this? Or is there something else that needs to be done. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, trying that now. I've tried it before, but the GUI is horrible (at least the one I used). Now I'm using the command line which seems quite simple. This has to be the first program I've used where this is the case.

So I tried this two ways. I had both the original BD structure ripped from AnyDVD, as well as a single m2ts file created from DVD fab. I ran eac3to on .m2ts, and used the disc structure. Both still gave me an output file of 6:02:06. If I ran with the -core option, everything was OK (as before). I'm just opening the file in VLC, is this just reporting it incorrectly? I'm looking to put this in an mkv file after I do the video, should I try and see how it plays?
