Problem converting bluray into split avchd (for hdd fat32 and ps3)

hi
i have a bluray "twilight eclipse".
But i have a problem with this movie..if i use tsmuxer,the movie has a video problem during the vision..
So i have encoded the m2ts file with the program TSREMUX,and it did a good job,the video now is perfect without problems.

but the problem is tha i have to put the movie into hdd fat 32 (for watching with ps3).so i have to split the avchd i have created with TSREMUX...and if i use TSMUXER,i have video problems...so i can't use TSMUXER fors this movie(for create avchd spitted)...TSREMUX works great,but it generate a 24 gb file..

so i must find a way to split this 24 gb file avchd into ad avchd with more files less 4 gb..without using TSMUXER

so now i want to create an avchd with tthese splitted files,without using tsmuxer...

mmm the program HDBDSPlit have a problem with part 2...so i need a program to create a splitted avchd (for save it into hdd fat32) without using tsmuxer when it split a create avchd..
it's possibile??

because with tsmuxer with bluray movie eclipse i have an error ,but with tsremux it' all ok..but now i need a program to created a splitted avchd structure (or bluray structure) without use tsmuxer algorytm to split it..please help me...

I've never had a problem using Tsmuxer for splitting files for the PS3.

What kind of a video problem are you having?

the movie is Eclipse and tsmuxer give me a messagge that now i don't remember but during the vision of the movie the frames jumps sometimes.
only with this movie for the moment..
i have tried to encode it with tsremux (for cut languages i don't use,ecc) and it works great..but tsremux not permit to split as tsmuxer..
so i have a m2ts file and i want to create an avc HD splitted (for put it in fat 32 hdd),without use algorythm tsmuxer..
