    Hello i have a 21 GB mkv video file and i want render it in vegas or convert in another program that can do this into a maller size mkv but i want to keep same quallity and same aspect ratio and resolution, is that posible?

    Use ripbot264 or handbrake. Load mkv, use a mkv h264 hiqh quality profile. Under video set the output to 7gb. Convert. It wont be same quality but still very good.
