    Can someone recommend a program that could convert a large file to a smaller file while retaining most of the quality. I've tried xivd4psp, megui, and total video converter. All seem to not work as well as I'd like. I want to use an h264 method. Let me know...thanks

    Handbrake and to shrink it set your desired output file size under the video tab. Or try constant quality encoding.

    My only problem for that program is it doesn't provide a batch option. Is there an external program or whatever that can generate queque's for me?

    Nope.

    Try then instead a ffmpeg frontend like xmedia recode or winff.
