I have a video of me catching a fish that is about 2:19 minutes long (1280x720), 426MB, AVI file.
My girlfriend took the video with my camera but she rotated the camera halfway through the video!
So I need a program which will rotate a portion of the video.
I have already tried "Auto Movie Creator" and "Blaze Media Pro", neither program worked. After rotating the clip that needed rotating the video became very choppy (this happened with both programs).
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

avidemux or virtualdub. Set start and stop, add filter rotate, choose a video compression like xvid, save as new avi. See for example http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/71/Rotating_Cropping_Video.aspx
