    Just started using this program. Works well except for playing the audio in mpeg2 movies. (Plays AVI/XVID audio fine) Its so bad I can't do any reliable editing. Any help appreciated. Using version 2.5.4 on Windows XP Pro.

    It's just not a good mpeg2 editor. Use videoredo or mpeg-vcr....or maybe the free mpg2cut is enough for you.

    Thanks, I didn't see this problem reported by anyone else. Maybe my system, 2.4Ghz P4, 1G memory, is too slow? The software doesn't seem to have an "undo delete" command either - for specific edits. I will try as you suggested.
