  1. We are having a hell of a time trying to find a decent all-in-one for our small business. Everything is made so cheap now that you can't but decent printer at a decent price. I'm not even sure you can buy a decent printer at an insane price.

We are contemplating the move from ink to laser, even on a color machine. We mainly print business documents and the majority of the color is coded price lists, not photographs. Can anyone recommend a good reliable Color Laser AIO that won't totally break the bank?

    Thanks.

AIO printers are a problem magnet.
You're better off with separate units.

  4. Yeah I know, but in a small business environment, they want something to double as a copy machine. I'd personally get a budget laser for that and a separate color printer and scanner.

that is a small business/workgroup printer..

  7. We only have 4 employees and 1 of us knows how to actually use any feature other than hitting print, copy, or fax.

So the below printer would be great for your needs

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...0Cdn&x=19&y=32

and at 699... it really won't break the bank

If you go with a HP OJ8500.... your cost per page with those little toner cartridges will be a hell of alot
more in the end... Being in the business for 27+ yrs ... I would def say the Canon above would perfectly
suit your needs for a long time to come
