I'm going through these MOD files taken by my Canon FS100, and every video plays the same clip. They're all different file sizes, so I'm hoping the original videos are still there. I've tried playing them on different computers and with the camera, but the problem remains.
Is there some way to fix these videos? It'd be heartbreaking if they were lost.

I just tried it, and every video is still playing the same 20 second clip, looping to the end. Any other ideas?

I guess that the File Allocation Table on the card is corrupt.
You may like to try a file recovery program such as ZAR
http://www.z-a-recovery.com/
Read the card via a card reader on the PC and write the files to your HDD.
I can not guarantee this will work but I did save 300 gig of files from a failing HDD using this very program.
