m2ts video steaming issue ( plays too fast)

hello there
i have m2ts movies in which i'd like to play on my ps3. i user ps3 media server to stream. everytime i try to play the movie, the movie plays too fast for few seconds and then it stops. in the ps3 i click on transcode through the ps3 media server to select the different files to be played ( the subtitles, acs , dts). only the m2ts with the foreign language plays perfectly except the english ones ( the one that plays to fast )

is there is any solution for this

As m2ts is only a container, as far as i am led to believe the audio and video within might not be compatable, like dts for example, this audio cant be played on the ps3 unless the audio is converted to ac3/aac or patched .....


You could only find yourself in this situation I believe if it was a sony camcorder file..........I could just be talking crap though.......

try mediainfo and see what is actually inside you m2ts container......
