hi, i need kind of help..
i know dvd ReMake can join Multiple DVDs into one. and it create a start up menu to select the dvd.
but what i want.. ?
i want to skip that start up menu..
so.. when DVD inserted/played it will first play the 1st DVD then goto 2nd DVD with out any user interaction.
** i have made a company logo (video) and i want to be played that video/dvd first then the next dvd**
i hope this will help to clear my question?
please some one reply asap

Just throw all the DVDs into DVD Shrink and reauthor them. No menu and they'll play one after the other. Forget DVD Remake.

This is possible with additional manual editing (needs some experience).
The join option of the program has already created PGCs in video manager with proper commands for DVD selection. The numbers of those PGCs can be found in post-commands of the disk selection menu page PGC in the added last VTS. So if you want to go to the next DVD's menu after playing main title of the previous DVD, you can modify post-commands of its last PGC (if multiple PGCs). Basically those commands must lead to those mentioned Video manager PGCs, after resetting all registers (reset commands generated by the program's join option in pre-command list of the mentioned menu page, can be copied and inserted before the command, leading to VMG PGC).
P.S. (have forgotten it) To skip the selection menu in the very beginning, you can copy the post-command for disc1 (the button commands link to that post-command list) to the end of pre-command list of that menu.Last edited by Alex_ander; 25th Dec 2010 at 15:05.

No. You said ...when DVD inserted/played it will first play the 1st DVD then goto 2nd DVD with out any user interaction. And that tells me you don't want or need a menu at all. Otherwise, if doing the joining with DVDRemake you'll need to do some editing of the navigation commands, as Alex_ander explained.
Now, if this first DVD is the one with the logo, and if you want that to play followed by the main video followed by the menu, you still don't need DVD Remake. You can add a Startup Video quite easily using PGCEdit (Title->Import First-Play (Startup) clip). Then you change the nav commands so that when that's done it plays the main video and after that it goes to the menu. Personally, I find doing this easier with PGCEdit than with DVDRemake, but either way you have to know a few things.
Another and easier way is to go Title->Import Title's Startup clip. That'll have it play before the main video. Then have that be the first one played. After the main video is finished it'll return to the menu. There's actually a guide for that (skipping over the menu to play a title first):
http://download.videohelp.com/r0lZ/pgcedit/third_party/blutach/How_to_use_PgcEdit_new_macro.htm
And if you want the startup video to play followed by the menu, again, use PGCEdit and Title->Import First-Play (Startup) clip. The clip with the logo has to have been authored as a little DVD. There are lots of choices but I don't think you were clear at all about what you actually wanted to do.Last edited by manono; 25th Dec 2010 at 14:59.

You haven't yet told us which you want to accomplish:
1. Startup video followed by main video, menu never seen.
2. Startup video followed by main video followed by menu.
3. Startup video followed by menu followed by main video.
I already explained how to do (1) and (3) and pointed to a guide that can help you accomplish (2). Why don't you actually try to do it yourself? Then if you run into a problem write back where you got stuck. Just demanding guides with pictures won't get results, not from me anyway. -
I have done such things with remake before (in my case I made it so it seemed like everything was on one dvd, not two). The problem we wil have in helping you is that every dvd is different, therefore the pgc manipulation and commands will point to different things. Essentially without much more info to go on, all that can be given is a general basic "how to". Without the knowledge of what you are working with or the actual layout we cannot help you much more then that
